By accessing or using Take Your Lead Today ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Take Your Lead Today provides business lead data for sales professionals, contractors, and businesses. Leads include publicly available business information such as business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and other publicly listed details.

3. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Lead data is delivered as a CSV file available for immediate download after purchase.
• Bulk discounts are applied automatically based on quantity ordered.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscription plans are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unused lead credits from a billing period do not roll over.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. However, if you receive leads with significant quality issues (e.g., disconnected numbers, closed businesses, wrong industry), you may report the issue and receive store credit of up to 10% of your order value.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the lead data responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Resell or redistribute the lead data as-is to third parties.
• Use the data for harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
• Violate the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or other applicable communication laws when contacting leads.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform beyond your purchased leads.

7. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date lead data. However, business information changes frequently, and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all data points. Lead quality scores and intent signals are provided as indicators based on our analysis and should be used as guidance, not guarantees.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding purchased lead data), is owned by Take Your Lead Today and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Take Your Lead Today shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the lead data purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
